Lagos rent asks you to pay one full year, sometimes two, before you have even moved your things in. For working families and business owners with steady income, that is not unaffordable. It is just poorly timed. RentAssist fixes the timing.
Tenants already in a property under Foreal management, with verified income, whether salaried or self employed. We check rental history, income and background before anyone is approved. If you are not currently a Foreal tenant, RentAssist is not available to you yet.
Your annual rent plus an agreed rate, divided by twelve. The same amount every month for twelve months. The exact rate is quoted to you in writing before you commit to anything, and nothing is added afterwards.
Yes. A caution deposit equal to three months of your monthly payment. It is held for the duration and covers you if a month is ever missed. It is not a fee and it is not rent.
The caution deposit covers it, so your landlord is never affected. We will contact you and agree how it is restored. Repeated missed payments end the arrangement and you revert to the terms of your tenancy agreement.
If your payments were kept, you can roll straight into the next cycle without paying the caution deposit again, since it is already held. If you would rather return to annual payment, you can.
Your landlord receives the full year upfront, which is what they wanted. You deal with Foreal on the monthly payments.
Every property under our management is currently occupied, so we are not placing new tenants this moment. Register your interest and we will contact you when a unit becomes available. Figures quoted here are for information. Exact rates are confirmed at application.
RentAssist is also open to private individuals who want structured returns backed by real Lagos housing demand. We put our own money into every cycle.
