SmartFix, our sister brand, had been doing home maintenance across Lagos since 2017: plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, carpenters. We knew what it cost to keep a property in good order. We knew every contractor. We knew when the invoices were real and when they were not.
As we kept fixing properties for clients, one client asked us to do more. Not just fix, but manage. So we did. One property became three. Three became eight landlords, fourteen properties, shortlets in Lekki Phase 1, a commercial mall in Onosa, and ninety-five active tenants across Lagos.
We incorporated Foreal Estate Management LTD on the 21st of July 2022. But the work had been going on longer than that.
Today, Foreal is four things at once: a property management firm, a shortlet operator, a real estate agency covering buy, sell and rent, and a land platform. They all live under one roof. They all talk to each other. And they all answer to the same standard: for real results, not just promises.
