And that changes everything about how we run properties today.
SmartFix, our sister brand, had been doing home maintenance across Lagos since 2017 — plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, carpenters. We knew what it cost to keep a property in good order. We knew every contractor. We knew when the invoices were real and when they were not.
As we kept fixing properties for clients, one client asked us to do more. Not just fix, but manage. So we did. One property became three. Three became eight landlords, fourteen properties, shortlets in Lekki Phase 1, a commercial mall in Onosa, and ninety-five active tenants across Lagos.
We incorporated Foreal Estate Management LTD on the 21st of July 2022. But the work had been going on longer than that.
Today, Foreal is four things at once: a property management firm, a shortlet operator, a real estate agency covering buy, sell and rent, and a land platform. They all live under one roof. They all talk to each other. And they all answer to the same standard: for real results, not just promises.
We make property ownership profitable and property living comfortable for landlords, tenants and guests across Lagos and beyond.
We report monthly. Every naira in. Every naira out. You never need to call us to find out how your property is doing — the report arrives on the 5th, signed, in plain language.
We work in the same markets we serve — Chevron, Lekki Phase 1, Onosa, Ikeja. This is not a remote operation. We know what things cost this month, what tenants expect, what the market will bear.
We deploy capital the same way we deploy our own. RentAssist exists because we co-invest alongside our partners. When things go well, everyone benefits. When they don't, we own it.
Every mandate is known by name to every person on this list. We keep our circle tight — deliberately.
Adenrewaju built Foreal from the ground up — starting with SmartFix, a verified artisan network for Lagos households, before incorporating Foreal Estate Management on 21 July 2022. His background in property operations means he understands exactly what it costs to keep a building in good order, and his mandate has always been the same: help owners own without operating, and make sure they know — in real terms — what their property is doing every single month.
Kevwe is the engine behind every deal Foreal closes. She leads sales across both Foreal Realty and Shortlets Foreal — and her record speaks plainly: billions of naira in completed transactions, and a portfolio of landlords and investors who stay because of the way she runs it. She does not just list properties. She turns them into revenue-generating assets, maximising returns at every stage from acquisition to occupancy. If you are buying, selling, renting or sizing up an investment in the Lekki corridor and beyond, she is your first call.
Talk to Kevwe →SmartFix artisans handle maintenance across every property we manage. When your AC breaks at 10pm, we do not call a stranger. We call someone we have worked with for years. Fast, trusted, Lagos-local.
Whether you are a landlord abroad, an investor exploring the Lekki corridor, or a guest looking for a vetted apartment — start with a private note. We respond within the day.
