Setup is a one-time fee, quoted per property. It covers professional photography and listing across every platform, staff uniforms, kits and training for security, housekeeping and laundry, fire safety and first aid equipment, a dedicated property account, and full onboarding onto our system with your own login. Quoted per property, because a seven-unit building and a single flat are not the same job.
